Our story, like much of ClairtyWorks creation, is riddled with easter eggs of coincidence and magic too numerous to recount here. The first however is just how our paths have crossed over the years. First as consultant and client and then later as director and independent contractor. Today we are friends, methodologists and co-creators of ClarityWorks. 

The origins of ClairtyWorks begins with a voice in my head. I'd like to say that it was nudging and gentle kind of voice, graciously inspiring me to listen to the call of ClairtyWorks, but no. It was more of a stern directive, like a coach running drills. All of which was not a new concept for me. In fact this voice in my head was something I seriously experimented with just prior to my last major career shift:  30daysofinnerguidance.wordpress.com

Nonetheless, the voice was pretty stern and clear that I was to create a podcast with Victor based on our phone conversations. Sure. Sounds great, I thought. After-all I very much enjoyed our phone conversations. So I started recording our phone calls and then I started editing them, listening to them over and over. Producing them into 10 episodes. 

What a great way to learn. What a great way to come to appreciate my voice and all the power and healing included therein. I find so much satisfaction in how we both enjoy digging deeper, removing layers of confusion to in turn reveal more and more layers. I like to think of our conversations as akin to the spirit of a 3 year old asking why incessantly, never satisfied enough to stop pursuing their wonder. The difference is of course we are not 3, we have far more life-experience-based wisdom and better developed prefrontal cortexes.

Our phone calls centered mostly on the emerging (and not yet named) ClarityWorks, including both the model and the method for putting it to good use. The precursor to ClarityWorks is based on our personal and professional experiences honing in on the root cause preventing teams and businesses from getting better results. We came to understand it to be possible that a what works for businesses could also be adapted to scale up or down for use with individuals, scale down, as well as for societies, scale up, or humanity and beyond, infinite scale.  

Victor is an incredible partner in discovering, clarifying and navigating the complexities of interconnectedness and meaning of literally everything. And like me, he has lots of opinions to share. In our conversations, he represents "the everything" like a blank canvas and I represent the creator, asking questions that paint our conversation. The result is a rich, joyus deepening of understanding and appreciation for the world we live in and our part in it.

We are methodologists and co-creators of ClarityWorks and coming soon, Nestworks. Building on the foundation of ClairityWorks, NestWorks scales the method for groups of individuals like teams, businesses, communities and beyond. 

As for the podcast, the 10 episodes are ready to go, but there's one major concern. The audio quality is poor and we didn't want this first impression of our podcast to deter those who would otherwise resonate with our work.  The current working plan is to record another 10, with better quality audio and with video and then release both seasons at once for all to enjoy. Season 0 - the phone calls, and then Season 1 - ClarityWork.
