Hi, I'm Tracy, here to walk you through our story. It's riddled with easter eggs of coincidence and magic, far too many to recount in any detail.

The first is simply how our paths kept crossing. Victor and I first met as consultant and client, then later as director and independent contractor. Today, we are friends, methodologists, and co-creators of ClarityWorks.

Long before ClarityWorks had a name, much of our work focused on helping businesses solve the problems actually worth solving so as to get better results.

Then, in early 2025, I found myself approaching a career transition of my own, one that had me asking many of the same questions I'd helped businesses answer: How do I create more of the results I'm looking for?

Instead of resorting to résumé blasts and other soul-sucking career hunting tactics, I turned my business consultant lens inward. If I had helped so many businesses create better results with our approach, surely it would apply to one individual's midlife career pivot, right?

Turns out, the answer was an unapologetic YES! Far surpassing my expectations by the way. 

But why stop there? Couldn't someone else learn this approach too?

I found a handful of willing folks and turns out, the answer was another unapologetic YES!

Again... why stop there?  

And so the cohorts were born: small groups poeple from all over the country ready to create more of what they wanted, learning together, supporting one another, and helping shape the ClarityWorks method through their own experience.

So what started as one conversation, became a few. Then a cohort. Then another. And another. With every cohort came more learning, more refinement, and more stories of people creating more of what they wanted (gosh, those stories never get old).

Bottom line, we believe there is an endless amount of whatever you want. Getting it is accelerated by clarity. And clarity is earned by taking responsibility for aligning to what matters most. 

Now each year I lead three ClarityWorks cohorts, learning alongside every participant. 

Victor remains a close thought partner, friend and co-creator, helping refine the model, challenge assumptions, and deepen the thinking behind the work.
